STACS DNA Provides Essential Services During COVID-19 Pandemic

No interruption in customer services and development projects

 STACS DNA’s clients are forensics and healthcare laboratories and their stakeholders who continue to provide vital front line services to their communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our goal is to maintain exceptional customer service and support, even during this period of uncertainty. Our clients can rest assured that all current support channels remain available.

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, STACS DNA has been carefully monitoring the progression of the virus and following the recommendations of public health authorities in the US and Canada. We’ve implemented necessary changes to mitigate the risk to our employees, our clients and our communities.

As of March 16, all STACS DNA employees are working from home. Some staff were already working remotely, so the corporate infrastructure was already in place. We will continue to hold calls and meetings with clients and staff using conferencing services. Training and other services usually provided in-person are now performed remotely to maintain timelines and ensure the success of on-going projects.
