Tim Stacy joins STaCS DNA Inc. as U.S. Sales Director

Fairfax, VA – May 16, 2005 – STaCS DNA is pleased to announce the hiring of Tim Stacy as U.S. Sales Director for its STaCS™ product line.

Tim began his forensic career in 1988 as a DNA analyst for Cellmark Diagnostics. He was promoted to laboratory supervisor a year later, primarily responsible for RFLP hybridization and then moved to the marketing and distribution of Chemiluminescent probes and solutions for RFLP analysis. In 1998, Tim was selected to the position of Director of Sales and Marketing for Cellmark’s growing business of backlogged Casework analysis and Convicted Offender analysis.

In the past seven years, Tim has specialized in the management of DNA cases and samples funded by the National Institute of Justice (NIJ). He has vast experience in the understanding of both Backlog Reduction grants and Capacity Enhancement grants. With his vast experience with NIJ funded grants and his contacts within the forensic community, Tim is ready to assist U.S. DNA databank and casework laboratories to proceed to a higher level of efficiency using the STaCS™ product line.
